At Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles, we want you to ride with confidence and style. If your apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; please hand over the package and collect the acknowledgment receipt from the courier partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the product quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
